Heidi has over 20 years experience in marketing and communications. Prior to founding Ethos, Heidi was Director of Corporate Communications and Public Relations at Tom’s of Maine, Vice President of Marketing at Kennebunk Savings Bank and President of Results Marketing. Heidi has a BS in Biology and an MBA from the Whittemore School of the University of New Hampshire where she was awarded a graduate fellowship for Women of Outstanding Leadership.

Heidi serves on the board of the Maine Women’s Fund, an organization that raises funds to accelerate change for women and girls of Maine. She is a member of the Mu class of the Institute for Civic Leadership.
